Your personally identifiable information (name, address, email, phone) is collected through standard business proceedings (orders, customer interaction), marketing outreach (surveys, promotions, newsletter signup), and 3rd party marketing partners. We share your personally identifiable information only with select 3rd party partners and our parent company, Bolt Threads, Inc, for our standard business proceedings and marketing functions.
Non-personal information (IP address, browser data, etc.) is collected automatically by our website service, and is used solely for analytical purposes. We use 3rd party services such as Google Analytics to collect and process data, to improve the quality of our website and outreach.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
We may disclose customer information in the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy.
We reserve the right to disclose customer information as required by law.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Right to Opt Out of Sales of Your Personal Information
You have a right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. You may, at any time, direct businesses that sell your personal information to third parties not to sell your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information and therefore do not provide any mechanism for you to exercise the right to opt out.

We do not knowingly collect or maintain the personal information of children under 13. If we learn that we have collected any personal information of a child under 13, we will delete that information from our files as quickly as possible.
